Synergy with HR and Auto-Release
The system is plugged into the pulse of the organization. When an employee reports Home Office or their leave is approved, their permanently assigned parking space or desk automatically goes into the rotation pool for the rest of the team. Key safeguard: We apply a 15-minute background buffer that protects the space from immediate release in case of an accidental click by the HR department.
Weighted Algorithms and FCFS
Allocate resources using two mechanisms. Weighted Lottery tracks historical wins – each successful booking lowers the employee's priority in subsequent draws, forcing fair rotation. Alternatively, FCFS Queuing notifies those waiting one by one, giving each person a guaranteed, time-limited window to confirm taking the spot.
1-Click Booking and Anti-Race Conditions
When the algorithm draws an employee, they receive an email notification with an encrypted token. Confirming the space requires literally one click – without having to log into the employee portal. We have equipped the database engine with hard transaction locks at the SQL level, eliminating the risk of a Race Condition (double booking of the same resource in the exact same microsecond).
